Cancellation Policy

Your sessions are very important to us. We understand that sometimes things come up and you may be late or need to cancel or reschedule. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide you with the service you paid for in the time allotted. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session time will be adjusted accordingly. CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES: To cancel or reschedule, please call or text (815) 520-3811 within 48 hours of your session to obtain a full reimbursement. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% reimbursement for the session. Those who cancel more than two times within 48 hours will forfeit their full session cost. Thank you for your understanding.
